Andy Lowe - managing Director
- Appointed to the Board in 2003 and became Managing Director in 2008.
- Andy has more than 30 years experience in the Meat and By-Product industry, starting as a factory worker and progressing to Managing Director.
- Andy has many years experience in property development.
- In 2006 Andy Lowe and other land owners embarked on a huge, ambitious project to restore Cape Kidnappers peninsula back to its former wildlife glory.
- Covering 2,500ha Cape Sanctuary has the most diverse range of native bird life on coastal mainland New Zealand.

Philip Hocquard - Chairman

Phil has been Lowe Corporation's Commercial Manager since 2008 and continues in that role. He was appointed to the Board in 2012 and appointed as Chairman in November 2016.

Phil has over 30 years governance experience in a wide range of small and medium enterprises as well as a number of community organisations.

Phil holds a law degree from Victoria University, Wellington and was the commercial law partner of a respected Hastings legal firm for over 20 years.

He is a life member of the Hawkes Bay Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Mission Estate winery Board, Deputy Chairman of Unison Networks Limited and a Trustee of the Hawkes Bay Helicopter Rescue Trust as well as holding directorships in a number of other private companies.

ian silver - director
- Appointed to the Board in 1997.
- Ian has been a tax and financial adviser to Graeme Lowe, Lowe Corporation Limited and the Lowe family since 1986.
- Ian was a partner with Ernst & Young, based in Wellington and retired from that position in 2000 after a period as Chairman of the New Zealand practice. Whilst with Ernst & Young , Ian specialised in the meat, dairy and mining industries. Ian also represented the NZ practice on Ernst & Young's international tax committee and was responsible for establishing and developing Ernst & Young's NZ's tax practice.
- Following his retirement from Ernst & Young, Ian established Silver Financial Consulting Limited.
